Purpose-Built Equipment for Heavy Haulage
Specialised heavy transport demands more than a big truck; it requires the correct trailer configuration, weight distribution and load restraint for every individual job. TDK Haulage operates low loaders, extendable trailers and tilt-tray equipment suited to plant, structural steel, precast concrete and other oversized cargo commonly moved throughout the Latrobe Valley and greater Victoria.
Safe and Efficient Plant & Machinery Transport
Moving heavy plant and machinery requires specialist equipment, experienced operators, and a strong focus on safety. Whether you're transporting excavators, loaders, bulldozers, rollers, forklifts, or agricultural equipment, our team coordinates every aspect of the move to ensure your machinery arrives on time and in excellent condition. From site pickups to final delivery, we provide reliable transport solutions tailored to the size, weight, and operational requirements of your equipment.
Pilot and Escort Vehicle Coordination
For loads exceeding standard dimension limits, TDK Haulage arranges qualified pilot and escort vehicles to guide oversized freight safely through built-up areas, intersections and regional roads. This coordinated approach reduces risk to the public, the load and our drivers.
Industries We Support
TDK Haulage's specialised heavy transport services support civil construction, mining, agriculture, manufacturing and energy sector clients across Morwell, the Latrobe Valley and wider Gippsland. Whether it is a one-off structural move or an ongoing project requiring multiple heavy lifts, we tailor a transport plan around your timeline and site access requirements.
Safety Standards on Every Job
Heavy transport carries inherent risk, which is why TDK Haulage maintains strict compliance with chain of responsibility legislation, load restraint guidelines and fatigue management requirements. Every driver completes a thorough pre-trip inspection, and every load is assessed for weight distribution and restraint before it leaves our yard at 1 Jones Rd, Morwell.
Working With Your Project Timeline
We understand that heavy transport jobs are often tied to tight construction or project deadlines. TDK Haulage works closely with site managers and project coordinators to schedule pick-up and delivery windows that keep your project on track, minimising costly downtime.
Why Choose TDK Haulage for Oversized Transport
Our combination of local knowledge, modern equipment and hands-on permit management sets TDK Haulage apart from larger, less flexible operators. We treat every heavy transport job with the same commitment reflected in our slogan: Safe, Reliable, On Time, Every Time.
